Common Questions

Do I need to book or can I just turn up?

Pre-booking is essential. Click here to book online or give one of our friendly team a call on 01372701107.

When are you open?

We are open different hours depending on the season so best to give us a call.  When online booking launches you’ll see the days and times we are open when you’re selecting the desired day.  Due to the location, we will be closed for big race days at Sandown Racecourse.

How old do you need to be?

A minimum age limit applies of 8 years as well as a height limit of 1.3 metres

Do you have to be a minimum height?

You must be a minimum height of 1.3m as well as 8 years or over.

What should I wear?

Dress for the weather in something you don’t mind possibly getting dirty, keep in mind that you will be active.  No sandals or slip on shoes will be permitted so ensure you’re in appropriate footwear such as trainers.

  • Arrive 15mins before your booking

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear

  • Sign your e-waivers before arrival

  • Child must be minimum 8 yrs old and at least 1.3m tall
